Sara is fluent in English and Arabic.
Sara earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MACMHC) from Colorado Christian University. She is a National Certified Counsellor (NCC) from the National Board for Certified Counsellors (NBCC) in the U.S and registered with CCPA Canada.
Sara is a compassionate therapist with over six years of multicultural counseling experience. She has a genuine passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and achieve new levels of healing and wholeness.
Sara firmly believes in the importance of holistic approaches to personal development, healing, and relational challenges. She is dedicated to tailoring her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked with clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, and suicidal or self-harming behaviors. Her primary goal is to empower her clients to explore their strengths and discover practical new levels of growth and resiliency.
