Nashema Da Rocha - Online Couples Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Nashema Da Rocha
New Clients - Book Here
Nashema sees adults, couples, families and minors ages 15 and up.
Nashema is a warm, compassionate, and client-centred therapist who works with youth, adults, and families.

Nashema offers a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel heard, valued, and understood. She brings warmth, gentleness, and genuine care to her work, helping clients feel supported as they begin to make sense of what has felt heavy, overwhelming, or difficult to carry alone.

Nashema believes that every person holds unique strengths, even when those strengths feel hard to see. She walks alongside clients with compassion and respect, helping them reconnect with their inner resilience, build confidence, and move toward healing in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to them.

Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental. Nashema understands that each person’s story is shaped by their relationships, experiences, culture, identity, and the systems around them. She takes time to understand the whole person, creating space for clients to explore their experiences safely and at their own pace.

In session, Nashema supports clients in developing practical coping strategies, gaining insight, and finding language for what they have been experiencing. Her work is not only about managing symptoms; it is about helping clients feel more empowered, connected, grounded, and at home within themselves.

With experience in mental health, education, community services, and family support settings, Nashema brings a thoughtful and steady presence to her work. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move
