Montgomery Loewen - Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Montgomery Loewen
Montgomery sees adults, couples, and adolescents age 16 and older.

Montgomery completed his Master’s in Counselling and is registered with CCPA as a therapist. He offers counselling for individuals, couples, and adolescents age 12 and older, with sessions available in person at our Pembina office and online.

Montgomery brings a calm, thoughtful, and relational presence to his work with clients. He understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and he works to create a space where clients feel respected, heard, and supported at a pace that feels safe for them.

His approach is collaborative and person-centred, with a focus on building trust, exploring what may be beneath the surface, and helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Montgomery supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and questions of identity, meaning, and personal growth.

In session, Montgomery offers a steady and non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect honestly, and begin taking meaningful steps toward healing, clarity, and greater self-understanding.

Montgomery’s hope is that clients leave therapy feeling less alone, more understood, and more connected to themselves and the changes they want to make.
