Iryna sees adults, couples, and adolescents age 16 and older. Iryna is fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian
Iryna is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology is registered with CCPA as a student Therapist. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, her cultural diversity offers understanding and empathy to those who are struggling in a new country.
We are excited about our new practicum students joining us. Research suggests that therapists with their level of training can be just as effective as more experienced therapists, plus they will have extra supervision and reduced fees.
Our therapist candidates are completing their Master’s in Counselling and are registered either with PACCP or CCPA as therapist candidates. They will be seeing individuals, couples, and older youth.
Some of our practicum students' areas of practice include, but are not limited to:
- Anxiety and Worry
- Social Anxiety
- Depression
- Relationship Conflict
- Interpersonal Challenges
- Self Esteem
- Emotional Regulation
- Communication
- Grief and Loss
- Shame
