Immanuel Lance - Counselor/Psychotherapist

Immanuel Lance
Accepting New Clients - Book Here
Immanuel sees adults, couples, and adolescents age 12 and older.

Immanuel holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. His clinical work focuses on supporting adults and couples as they navigate communication challenges, identity, self-worth, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.

Immanuel is a warm, collaborative therapist who approaches each client with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experience. His style is integrative and person-centred, drawing from cognitive-behavioural strategies, emotion-focused principles, narrative reframing, and strengths-based work. He creates a steady, non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

For couples, Immanuel focuses on strengthening communication, emotional safety, and connection. He helps partners slow down, understand the patterns between them, and learn how to express themselves more openly while listening with care and understanding.

In session, Immanuel helps clients explore what has been difficult, make sense of patterns, and build practical tools for healing and growth. Sessions are paced according to each client’s comfort, with an emphasis on strengthening resilience, building insight, and moving toward a more authentic and grounded sense of self.

If you are looking for a space where your story matters and your experiences are met with care, Immanuel is ready to support you.
